This can be such a weird thing we must deal with, but where you use the restroom makes a difference. Check on company policies in the negotiation stage. Inclusive employers will already have written policies and gender-neutral restrooms.

This remains critical. Transition-related treatment is really expensive. When interviewing, certainly check if their health insurance includes gender-affirming care, medical procedures, and psychological treatment.
